Draft Genome Sequence of Fusarium fujikuroi, a Fungus Adapted to the Fuel Environment
Fusarium fujikuroi isolate FUS01 is highly adapted to grow in jet fuel with predicted genes involved in hydrocarbon catabolism and carbon assimilation. The draft genome size is estimated at 49 Mb containing 18,578 proteins with high similarity to that of F. fujikuroi isolate B14.

Byssochlamys sp. isolate BYSS01 (anamorph, Paecilomyces sp.), which was isolated from jet fuel, is highly adapted to grow in hydrocarbons, having predicted genes involved in degradation of n-alkanes, branched alkanes, and aromatic compounds. The draft genome size is estimated at 29 Mb, containing 8,509 proteins.
متن کاملDraft Genome Sequence of Phytopathogenic Fungus Fusarium fujikuroi CF-295141, Isolated from Pinus sylvestris
Here, we report the draft genome sequence of a new strain of Fusarium fujikuroi, isolated from Pinus sylvestris, which was also found to produce the mycotoxin beauvericin. The Illumina-based sequence analysis revealed an approximate genome size of 44.2 Mbp, containing 164 secondary metabolite biosynthetic clusters.
متن کاملDraft Genome Sequence of Fusarium fujikuroi B14, the Causal Agent of the Bakanae Disease of Rice
Here, we present the genome sequence of a Korean strain (B14) of Fusarium fujikuroi, a fungal rice pathogen. The final assembly consists of 455 contigs with 43,810,516 bp and 14,017 predicted genes. Comparison with the F. verticillioides 7600 genome revealed a reference coverage of 83% (66.3% of reads mapped).
متن کاملDraft Genome Sequence of the Phytopathogenic Fungus Fusarium euwallaceae, the Causal Agent of Fusarium Dieback
Here, we report the genome of Fusarium euwallaceae strain HFEW-16-IV-019, an isolate obtained from Kuroshio shot hole borer (a Euwallacea sp.). These beetles were collected in Tijuana, Mexico, from elm trees showing typical symptoms of Fusarium dieback. The final assembly consists of 287 scaffolds spanning 48,274,071 bp and 13,777 genes.
